Dear Richvale Elementary School Students and Families,
My goal is to ensure that all children are healthy, happy and safe, so they can achieve their highest learning potential. Looking at the whole child has always been my philosophy since I began my career in education. For students to reach their full potential and become lifelong learners, it takes a partnership of committed administrators, teachers, parents, support staff, community members and students. It is apparent that this belief is shared within the Biggs Unified School District where the core values are: Academic Excellence, Respect for Human Differences, Cooperative and Caring Relationships, and Commitment to Community.
Warm Regards,
LaQuita E. Ulrich
Principal, Richvale Elementary School
